Of course you can, why do you even ask? I mean, its a piece of fan-art on already existing character from League of Legends, so it is not my property just at this point. And I'm not that kind of guy who is really cares about all that "DO NOT STEAL" stuff. I drew this thing for my enjoyment and if you wish use it anywhere, well I just glad to hear that. Do whatever you want, man.
I appreciate it, and it's out of common courtesy, it's your work, and I respect that. At the very least I figured you would like to know when it's being put to good use.
